1. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including full name, street address, house or apartment number, postal code, and any additional delivery instructions.
My Hair Groot is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and dispatch preparation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Timeframe
Estimated delivery time ranges between 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, local postal services, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may take several business days to become active, particularly for international shipments.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier when necessary.
5. Delivery Attempts & Recipient Availability
Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the carrier may:
- Attempt redelivery;
- Hold the package at a local postal facility for a limited time;
- Return the package to the sender.
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection, additional shipping fees will be required for reshipment.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or unavailability of recipient are not eligible for automatic refunds.
If reshipment is requested, a new shipping fee must be paid before dispatch.
7. Customs, Duties & International Shipments
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
8. Split Shipments
Products may be shipped from different warehouses. As a result, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
9. Lost Packages
A package will be considered lost only if confirmed by the shipping carrier.
If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, My Hair Groot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
