Return & Refund Policy – My Hair Groot

My Hair Groot offers a 30-day return period. Customers may request a return within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date of their order.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused

  • Sealed in their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations applicable to cosmetic and scalp treatment products, any item that has been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned.


Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims must include clear photographic evidence of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used hair care or scalp treatment products

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited-edition products

  • Bundle or kit purchases sold as a set


Exchanges

My Hair Groot does not process direct exchanges.

Customers wishing to obtain a different product must return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union – Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receipt, without providing justification.

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
